Intro to Zen Workshop--June 28, 9 am to Noon with Kosen Osho
The workshop provides an orientation to Zen, sitting and walking meditation, open dialogue about Zen, and an opportunity to practice the meditation forms. The format is interactive, with plenty of time for questions. Good for beginners or for those seeking a refresher. Kosen Osho, our visiting teacher from the Furnace Mountain Zen Center, will lead this workshop with CZC volunteers. Suggested donation of $30 ($8 students). Preregistration required.

One Day Zen Intensive--June 29, 10 am to 4 pm with Kosen Osho
The session includes sitting and walking meditation, a dharma talk and dialogue practice. It is great for those considering or curious about retreats. Regular Sunday practice will still be held (8:00 - 9:30 am). Suggested donation of $30 ($8 students). Preregistration required.
